I tried out their Hypervolt Plus from a massage therapist friend and fell in love with the device... I have severe siatica problems as well as neuropathy in my feet all the way to my knees. These problems cause me many sleepless nights, and since I do not take painkillers, I look fir alternate methods of relief. I had many questions, left a message at Hiperice, and received a return call from Matt... he was so helpful and nice! Great info and advice!!

Matt was friendly, empathetic, professional - even with over 20 years in customer service myself, I can offer no critique or advice for improvement. He quickly and effortlessly walked me through some easy troubleshooting steps on my wife's HyperSphere. When this proved insufficient to solve my problem, he then guided me through the purchase of an extended warranty, RMA creation and shipping arrangements in minutes. At no point did Matt seem unsure or lacking in knowledge, nor did he once talk down to me. This is the first time in my life that I can honestly say I am completely and totally satisfied with my support experience.

I am a 74 year old runner and I recently purchased a Hyperice Hypervolt. I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. The Hypervolt is easy to set up, functions quietly, has plenty of power and the interchangeable head attachments are easy to remove and insert. My muscle soreness has reduced and my range of motion has increased. The customer service I received was absolutely consistent with their mission statement - "to deliver an elevated customer experience". Highly recommended product and support!

Decided to purchase the Hypervolt Plus with the bluetooth. Great addition to my fitness routine. It's so quiet that I can't hear a single thing but super powerful too because I can feel the pressure on my muscles after using it. Great device
